Request: Mod to make sex locations more likely to be chosen.

I noticed that even though I put sex locations high (probability 4+) sex locations are still not chosen or is last to be chosen.  It would be nice to make sex locations more likely to be accepted.   For example (in my game) kitchen counters (probability +4) are never chosen for a random sex locations.  It would be nice to modify the game or make a mod to make it available.   Thanks everyone.
