Vagina and Anus not opening, no penis collisions

Hi,

 

I have an issue where during animations there is no vagina and anus opening, the penis does not seem to have any collisions and is misligned. I saw many screens and vids with perfect collisions, etc so I am assuming I did something wrong with the installation. I am unfortunately very green in the modding department. I will attach some screens and then my modlist.
