I just had something like that yesterday and it drove me crazy until I figured it out: The problem is that you're using one or more third party low resolution body/face textures with the high resolution game textures installed. That results in those brown skin blotches on body and face and also defaults the body to a nevernude skin. Uninstall the recently installed textures one by one until you can narrow down which one caused it. And then check if a 2k (or better) version of it exists.

you don't happened to have Horizon 1.9 installed, no? Those look awfully similar.

Yes it was indeed horizon that dit that i found a patch to revert it back to vanilla thanks for the help
