EA account suspended because of WickedWhims

Hello, 
My EA account got suspended for a week because having naked sims is against their rules apparently. That never happened to me before. I've been using Wicked Whims for years now. 
Has anyone went through this before ? If yes, how did you do cancel your suspension ? And also, will I be able to still use the mod ?
 

Honestly, that would suck if I can't use it anymore, I love some of the features on it.

Are you SURE that is the reason? Laundry Day literally has an entire collection of items named "Wicker Whims". e.g. Wicker Whims Living Chair, Wicker Whims Dining Chair, etc. That is an obvious nod to this mod. Numerous Youtube creators run a censored (streaming) version of WW.

 

Did you post naked pics on their forums? EA/Maxis knows that almost every adult not playing on console has naked people running around Willow Creek.

Honestly, I don't know what else it could be. I don't have any other mods that allows nudity. You thinks its Laundry Day ? I've bought that pack months ago and I've never had any issues with it.
I don't post pictures on their forums or anywhere else. That's why I found that it was weird because everybody is using this mod so im pretty lost ://

yes im still able to play but I don't have no access to online features so I can't go on the gallery or download new games on EA

Yes, I have uploaded sims on the gallery with CC but I've always done that and never got that warning. That's why I don't understand  But to be safe, I will stop posting on the gallery period !

Just so you know, If other simmers don't have the cc in their game it won't show up right, because cc doesn't get included... only items that comes with the game created by EAxis. You also have to remember console players also have access to the gallery so the reports could have came from them or pc who knows. I only save sims to my simbin and never upload them to the gallery since they use a lot of cc.

If you upload a "LOT" to the Gallery and that lot has a Wicked Whims trait (i.e. "Hypersexual"), the trait will show up on the gallery thumbnail.

Could it because you were DUMB & STUPID enough to upload (Say) A SIM WITH SLUTTY CLOTHES (Or NO clothes) on to The Gallery where THOSE UNDER 18 can see it??  Doing something like that would do it

 

Sorrry but you're not going to find much sympathy here
