Looking for a Texture Replacer

So, there used to be this texture replacer that replaced a bunch of stuff most modders never touched, like the no smoking signs, certain posters and more specifically, the wall art and flags in the museum of freedom. If anyone knows what i'm talking about, please post the link. Thank you in advance!

To add on to it, I thought it was the mod by RoxyLalonde, Miscellaneous NSFW Texture Replacer 2, because it is the same smoking sign that was in the mod, but it doesnt replace the wall in the museum of freedom.

Vault Vixen Visuals does this and more. they all keep to the theme of the texture despite being NSFW.
