[REQUEST / SEARCH] - Looking for / Request for - Struggle on equip

Hello, I am looking for a simple mod that will make the PC struggle after equipping any devious device. For example, with Devious Curse Loot it will be great if the PC is struggling with "panic" emotion when the device is equipped or any other way not just Devious Curse Loot. I cannot find anything, is this mod already exist?

I found out about Condition in OAR. I might try to follow this guide to be able to make the PC struggle once into Device but I am not sure that it will work as I intend.
