Need help editing NPC

So I decided to use Chargen/Race Menu to make Aela look a little bit better. I have both the .npc file as well as the exported files from Chargen. However I can't seem to get either to copy over correctly. If I use the npc file in CK it'll load the changed facial morph when imported but if I check the SG hair esm it will not show up under the hair parts. Apachii however does. Also it won't let me use anything but default eyes for her.

 

Now using the chargen files I have the changes done so it can be read by nifskope. However for the life of me I can't figure out how to copy the facegen data from one nif to the other nif. It's probably something simple that I'm just missing.

 

Anyone got an idea what I'm doing wrong? I'm using a prexisting Aela .esp that I'd like to tweak.

I totally forgot the npc editor existed. I wonder if it works better than it used to.
