help me choose a TBBP body please

I'm kinda wanting to change from an old CHSBHC body to something new, something with the TBBP system. Preferably, with booty bounce support.

 

That said, while i don't want giant bazoongas, it doesn't mean i want lolis either. The lastest [standard] CBBE and UNPB have good enough shapes IMO, my main problem being that i couldn't figure out if there is a tbbp-enabled CBBEv3 and anything related to UNP tends to look broken in Blender [body is shrunk by 5% or whatever, making full-body imports either impossible or a headache]

 

Can anyone suggest an average body shape that doesn't go crazy in Blender and has booty bounce? Please? I don't mind patches/multiple installs, since i'm used to modding.

How much close to these shapes is lady body? I mean, i could use armor replacers [i don't use skimpy ones, i'm just worried about the shape staying close to what it is supposed to be inside armors.]

How is the support for vanilla and dlc armor convertion for that body?

You could try unpk- the latest version has tbbp support, and the shape is not too different from unp to be really noticeable when you put on unp based armors.

Unpk? That's so new i don't remember hearing about it, EVER.

If it's a new version, i wonder if the models are fixed...

I'm not sure what you mean by fixed, but the unpk body is tbbp compatible, and from my own testing seems to work fine with HDT, although I don't know anything about the custom editing that some people do with the HDT files.

I mean fixed for edition, creation. Importing the thing to blender and add things to it. The UNP body has some flaws when imported to blender, it is shrunk down and won't fit with whatever hand, head or foot model is used.

It should work with CBBE v3. I have no problems with TBBP support and my booty bounces just fine, so long as it's loaded in Bodyslide.

I haven't noticed any problems with the hands/feet not fitting the unpk body whenever I'm working with it, if that helps any.

 

EDIT- here's a screenshot of the female_1 body in blender. The size of the wrist matches with the hands and the body, if that's what you're referring to. If it's something else that you're having problems with, maybe the picture can help clear things up.

That's not exactly what i mean, but that is a good sign. Whenever i imported UNP, the wrist of the body would clip through and end below the hand mesh. It was strange, really. I'll try to use that body, since i already have the base UNP installed here. I'm guessing it'll be UNP > XPMS > UNPK.

 

As for cbbeV3, well, bodyslide is a pain. I already deal with DSR, Lootification, GELO, Wrye Bash, Tes5Edit and edits on the CK and Nifskope... I think i can cut myself some slack and just get something that can work out of the box with TBBP, right?

I would go with cb++ bodyslide.  it includes cb++ tbbp and you can create the body exactly to your liking, which i find freaking awesome.  http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/32731//? Nah, i don't really mind. I'd try to use bodyslide if there was a male version, so i'd be able to get rid of some of the brawn of Skyrim. The females, as long as they have a normal but likeable shape like unp or cbbe and have a lot of compatibility, i'm fine with them. I just really want to test how well things are working here in my game, - and they seem to be working very well.

 

This is a good sign, as the game is all set for future physics-enabled clothes. Finally, my mage robes will be able to sway as i zap everything to ashes. =w=

Yeah, there aren't a lot of TBBP armors out there just yet but if you can go without the butt bounce, Alan's BBP armor pack has an extensive conversion of many of the popular armor mods out there, which I highly recommend.

About the BBP functions themselves, i'm against using them for most armors. I think only the leather/hide-themed ones and robes/dresses should have BBP enabled, since i'm not aiming for skimpyness, just some realism. I mean, boobs bounce, but would a darn corset [vampire dawnguard armor] or metal chestplate bounce at all? The sturdier the material, the more i'd hate it if i saw a bounce...

Oh, I agree about BBP in most solid, metal/scale armors not being realistic. There are plenty of leather and cloth options in the pack where BBP would be appropriate.

 

Most are, however, pretty skimpy although there are some pretty good ones in there that aren't. Quite a few aren't exactly lore-friendly, either. You'll find a little something in there for everyone, though.

Saw some armors that could be used for Golden Saints, but i don't have any golden saints or dark seducers in my game... So yeah, nothing found yet.

Lady Body has conversion included for all vanilla armors as well as all DLC armors.  HDT support for the vanilla armors/clothes will be stared shortly by me.  Lady Body has a much more realistic body shape then some other body replacers.
