Diamond city restrictions

Not sure if there is a mod like this already, but it would be nice to have a mod that made it so that wearing armour (as in like the armour segments over the suit and such) and more specifically weapons were not allowed to be equipped in diamond city.

 

It feels like something the Mayor would do to help keep the peace in his city and just a tad more control of things. 

 

Guards would warn the player when they attempt to enter or are caught equipped that "this is a safe city, we ask all visitors to disarm when in here, you can keep your gear just dont have it out" 

 

or something like that.
