Feeling Broken and Masochist: Possible to stop the trait gain?

Hey. I've been getting back into Rimworld again in a big way recently, and I want to do a long term Pig-Orc slave colony, but I really dislike how the mind-break-to-masochist mechanics work. I'm fine with my pawns being fucked into trances and such, but I hate that they will ALL eventually turn into masochists and how fast it happens. Ideally I want some pawns to be strong enough to not succumb at all.

 

Could I stop it with an edit anywhere? Or would anyone with the know-how be kind enough to alter the file that makes Iron-Willed pawns take longer to break so that they never gain the Masochist trait, please?

You can disable specific trait gain in mods options under RJW debug.
