Cutebound Bodies

Is there a way to edit the bodies in the sex scenes to use the ones from Cutebound mod? Specifically, I'm trying to use the avian bodies.

Sure. You just need to draw all Sexbound sprites in the style of the Cutebound edits.

 

That would be 5 sprites per position, times 6 unique position sets (+1 for idle), time 2 actors, times 7 unique sprite sets (male body, female body, forearm, backarm, genitals layer, pregnancy layer, pregnancy with genetials layer) and a couple masks.

There are extra sprites in Cutebound so do I draw all those extras or do I choose which ones to draw?

What do you mean "extras"?

There are multiple sprites for different types of wings. The first image is from Cutebound and the second is from Sexbound

I tried the retexture and it works perfectly but the head doesn't appear at all.

I said "draw sprites" for a reason. This isn't a simply matter of copy and pasting the base game sprites. Sexbound uses it's own, unique sprite sheets that just mimic the base ones in coloring. So would need to create the sprites with the same colors in the same style as Cutebound does, but with the Sexbound parts.
