Owl race or something like that

So i decided to vary my gameplay and came down to a idea to make a owl librarian, but then i quickly found out or i havent found any mods that add a "owl anthro" sort of thing race
so, does anyone knows any? please? 
if none exists, thank you nonetheless, it was worth the try
