Yet 2 and a half more problems

First problem is my character somehow has permanent god mode even though it isn't turned on. With damn god mode turned on I can't level armor skills. Second problem is a mod off Steam Workshop that changes the Beast Form greater power into a Lesser power so it can be used multiple times a day just stopped working after loading up the most recent save.  Now I can't use the Beast Form power to become a werewolf anymore period. Almost 60 hours into my game. Completed Dawnguard DLC, almost done Companions questline. most of the way through Skyrim main Quest. Really hate to have to do a clean install. 4 hours to download Skyrim plus several more hours to redownload all the mods since i just keep a folder of the Data Files folder for quick installs which likely has some files i missed when removing a few mods. No idea if there are any mod conflicts cause none were ever mentioned and Skyrim runs fine except for console commands needed to advance some quests. For the Papyrus logs we're supposed to include, there are/were 4 seperate logs in the Scripts folder so just zipped all 4 together. I have less then zero idea how to even begin to read the Papyrus logs. Third problem is really half problem and half question. Is it a mod comflict or just the sheer number of bugs in Skyrim that cause NPC's from the faction you join to frag you as soon as they see you? The problem with the first 2 issues must be with the save file itself. Loaded up the fresh , non-mod save outside the Helgen tutorial and everything works just fine, no infinite health or stamina with god mode turned off. It's not quite god mode either, my character has Infinite Health and Infinite Stamina but his Magicka is consumed like normal when casting spells.
