Help with quest progress

I use the mod Start Me Up Redux - An Update for Alternate Start and Dialogue Overhaul for my game. However, I encountered a problem with Curie's companion quest Emergent Behavior. Curie wants me to find someone to help her become human. Normally this would be Dr. Armari. Unfortunately, the main quest doesn't continue so I never had anything to do with Dr. Armari in the Cave of Memories and she doesn't seem to continue Curie's companion quest because I can't talk to Dr. Amarie.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem. maybe with a console command or something?

For whatever reason Betheda decided that Curie's quest was to be locked behind the main quest, despite no other followers having such a requirement. You'd normally have to complete dangerous minds before being able to make Curie a synth.

 

As per usual for Betheda's problems, mods are the fix. I use shortcut to Curie.
