Blackmail instead of report

I think it s good idea to creat mod for replace report foncitionality. When we commited crime we can use money, persuasion, intimidation or sex.  the mod increases the price of the crime and adds some more:

-tax for the yarl if you want to live in the city.

-take out your weapon out of battle in city or use magic.

-(if we have the oppression licenses mod) non-compliance with licenses or if we refuse to give our items.

To add to this - blackmail letters delivered by messenger from witness/es demanding to meet somewhere private for payoff / sex / sneaky surprise (skooma? devious devices? locked in bondage furniture for a while?  kidnapping? temporary slavery till your malefactor gets bored? locked in DDs until performing a task for your blackmailer). Severity of crime could increase severity of blackmail reaction.

Some important person (dengeir, thane, riche people) ask for sex and if we refuse they make prime on us with they influence.

There's already the functionality to pay with sex instead of gold, but I think it only works once per guard per day.

 

Having said that, I think gangbangs should be a requirement. Let like 20 guards have their way with you if you do something serious.
