Can you completely respawn random NPCs in a city

I'm using Populated Cities Towns Villages and made changes to the leveled lists after I had arlready entered a city. I removed all female NPCs because 1. They are not pretty 2. I wanted only male NPCs for Public Whore gangbangs. So I set the respawn time to 0 hours in the MCM of Immersive Creatures, which has a built-in cell reset, then slept for 2 hours in the Bannered Mare. Going out into town I see mostly male NPCs but some females seem to remain from before. Anyone who knows how this works?

If you removed females from the Leveled lists, but didn't delete their npc records, they may linger on until the whole cell resets. Depending on the location of the spawn point, that may take 10 (interior) or 30 (exterior) days.

I don't know how this setting in SIC is affecting everything, but you could just try sleeping in 30 days and see if that clears all female NPCs..

It does what it says. It sets the respawn time of cells to whatever you want it to be. I got evidence that it worked when I entered my player home and a door that I had opened earlier was locked. But it's alright since I've already finished the quest now. I'll have to see what the next town looks like.
