Haelga dormitory, texture problems

Hello,

I've been experiencing the following problems on Skyrim AE ( 1.6.640.0.8 SKSE 2.2.3) for a few days now.

 

a) Impossible for my character to enter Helga's dormitory: the game crashes immediately, even after meeting and chatting with Helga.

 

b)After a fight with a female character - a bandit... - body textures stretch, are stretched, ugly, breasts are in the back whereas this doesn't happen with male characters...
I'm using NMM and haven't had any problems so far.
