There are a few mods I've checked out, Cannabis, Skyrim Accessories, etc. However, I simply cannot find a mod that doesn't conflict with mouth accessories. Dual Sheath Redux takes my cigarette out upon equipping a second weapon, Cannabis (the joint) takes off my eyepatch, so the request is; could someone possibly make a cigarette that takes the ring slot for the mouth, please? Been searching for days, and can't seem to find any cigarette mods other than Skyrim Accessories, and honestly I'm quite surprised at that. I could possibly make one myself, but I've never used the creation kit before. Making a cigarette for the ring slot for the mouth sounds pretty easy, but somehow I get the feeling it isn't, lol. Anyway, if someone could possibly do that, I'd be grateful.

Just do it yourself. Take a cigarette .nif, create the new armour record, chuck it in, select the ring body part, save. Load up Skyrim and use additem.
