Which mod is spawing random food items and causes my character to eat them.

Whenever my character is pregnant this happens after message something like "You carve something sweet/salty"
I know it is the mod that I installed but I don't know exactly which one adds such a mechanic, so If anyone knows which one and where to disable it I would be grateful.

Forgot to mention that i use Fertility mode+ as pregancy mod.
