help with mod

hi the mod is not showing in the games rule in my game. I checked the inital playset and the only problem that i could see was that it was on the 1.9 version, can i please get some help on that

Looking at post history like Doctoska's  DWToska-ck3 for Tours and Tournaments, but its 2 major game versions out of date so likely will need a re-write

it was DWtoskka-ck3 and i actually figured it out sorry for the late reply i just need an older file as the new one was missing some files
