Vagina Mod?

Here are my mods but my sims don't have a vagina:

 

Could you please recommend me a vagina mod compatible with what I have? I'd also (if possible) be interested in a "large labia mod" if that exists.  Thanks

Also looking for any type of "Camel Toe / Cameltoe" clothing. This is the best cameltoe I've seen in Sims 3, anything like this:
