Problem with costume break not working .phyd

I have tried reloading the game and re-installing Beach Paradise but issue persists, the tops never come off in fights or in the movie scenes they can only be manually removed with the hair option on the clothing items setup with that function. I am not sure if there is a set of steps to make costume destruction work properly but i did have it working when I was playing a few years back.

Any help could save what's left of the hair i am pulling out !
