According to what I read the problem is that the pc version has Jodie in underwear instead of nude like she was in the ps3 version, they were trying to port if i am not wrong the ps3 nude to pc, but by the looks of it they gave up

I had a look after replaying the game. Turning off the black bars revealed something; the bra on Jodie during the shower scenes is, I'm 99% sure, literally just a texture file, meaning if someone could find the original PS3 texture, you could easily swap it in using SpecialK like it was done for Heavy Rain. In retrospect it feels entirely obvious, but hey sometimes the most obvious things take a decade to figure out. I provided the relevant pictures to show it, if you look closely at the screenshot, there's no seperate mesh, it's all one shape.

 

I would have already fixed this, but the problem is there's almost no easy way of extracting the textures, and everyone who did either got paid off by Quantic to stop doing it or just dissapeared without updating their download links.

there is a nude model extracted from the ps3 version being used for xnalara which has all the needed textures

But did you look at the textures of the model? Unless they match to the textures I provided, it won't work, and I don't have the skills to manually adjust it.

The good news: I was proven right, see image below.

 

The bad news: I am terrible at colour correcting and I do not have the patience to sit through that awful dialogue about Ryan every time I want to test this. Also, the underwear will immediately vanish the moment you do the shower prompt because they're not a model, this I cannot fix as it's beyond a simple texture swap.

 

I packaged what I have so far, just drop it in the root folder and it should work. I have the GOG version, but I don't think that would affect the texture swap. The Navajo scene would be more annoying to test, but presumably the texture would be the same, just with a different name, so you'd only need to copy the already edited one with a different filename.

 

Please, feel free to use anything on this thread to fully uncensor the game as God intended.

It's weird Heavy Rain has full nude in a shower but with this game there was backlash

 

Hopefully someone can find the filename for the other scene further in the game
