problems wiht de mod

hello! I hope you are well.
I am having problems with the mod since it does not work for me despite having installed it correctly and having reviewed the common problems mentioned on the page and even watching videos on YouTube. The cc of the mod does appear but the interaction no longer appears, no interaction related to the mod appears. I've been trying to solve the problem for days on my own but I don't know what's happening. (if I have animation installed). I wait your answer. good day
