animation for ship

I added animation for this ship, the model itself was static with active collision

- A ship near the lighthouses in Anvil with a dancing captain
It's just an environment mod

- There is a ship with a large radius, it is somewhere on the coast

((There is a model without a captain for Anvil, who doesn't like a captain...))
