option bubble doesn't appear

Hello how is everyone? I very much appreciate the great mods. I clicked on the floor and opened wickedwhims settings. I was scrolling through looking for a category. (allow incest) I couldn't find it. I thought it was under cheats advanced cheats but I didn't see it there son I kept searching. I clicked on a category, something about protocols. I clicked back out of it because it wasn't what I was looking for. The menu dis appeared and now when I click on objects that you normally can use WW on, the chat bubble doesn't appear. Very strange. I tried loading 178c again and replacing, but that didn't work. Any ideas?

I was able to fix it thanks, but still unsure where "allow incest " is.
