Mod where you get fed by someone?

So when with DD it happens that males don't care about the victim at all.
No one will feed me or give me water or heal me.

The immersion should be that they at least keep me alive. After all i have value to them.

Is there such a thing without using a cheat. Especially if you are playing on survival.

 

If there isn't, how would i do that by creating a mod?

They don't feed you at all? As far as I know, they are very generous when it comes to protein diet
