Sims Brothel and other things

Hey there ...

 

how can i build a brothel for (female) sims, where there can work like other "normal" jobs? i know, theres an escort mod which i can use for my own sim which i current play. but for example i play a male sim, which wants to go out - so to a brothel or stripclub and have some fun with a another sim which works there

 

and another question: where can i find some other sexy outfit-subjects like stockings or pantyhose?
