Mods that change player body sliders based on gameplay

Devious Training and Devious Body Alteration change morphs with Devious Device usage.

 

Milk Mod Economy changes breasts and maybe more.

 

Arousal Based Breast Adjuster and Aroused Nips do what they suggest.

 

There's a vore mod called Devourment Refactor that does morph changes based of vore things.

 

Various pregnancy mods like Hentai Pregnancy, Beeing Female, and Soul Gem Oven.

 

Transformative Elixirs do what they suggest.

 

Bimbos of Skyrim has a curse that can turn you into a bimbo.

 

And probably a ton more I'm forgetting.

For pregnancy mod there is fertility mode, and already mentioned beeing female though make sure to grab the recent fixes from this site (its one of the newer mods).

If you want multiple mods that change the sizes make sure to grab Sexlab Inflation framework so they actually work together and not simply overrite eachother.

 

Sexlab disparity has patches for SE in the mod thread, while it does not on its own cause any changes, you can add buffs and debuffs depending on them (it's how I added more harsh pregnancy effects).

Beeing a cow alternative works with milk mod economy, and makes the player cursed and transform into a hucow as a result of configurable situations (like getting milked), the default transformation is pretty hardcore and furry, but you can adjust all about it (mine is just grow boobs, ,grow ass, grow ears, maybe grow leg hoofs if I'm not planning to use heels. This mod adds some piercings and a bunch of quests around this as well if that's your thing).

 

Sexlab survival has a feature that makes sex more pleasurable for your partners if you have enlarged breasts or ass (also adjust prices if I remember correctly). It is a big mod but fully configurable as well, can do as little as you need it to.

Personally I'm on LE but SE has a fun mod I have not had a chance to try out, it works with beeing female, fertility mode and Fill her up which you already have, basically it adds different idle animations whenever your player character has a big belly form those mods. I have backported animations for myself but I have not tested it yet so I can't really say how good this mod is, but from the previews it might appeal to you, also being DAR mod means another nice mod that does not take up space in the modlist and is super lightweight, DAR mods are the goat.

I'm probably gonna use transformative elixir & ABBA/AN., possibly beeing a cow / milk mod economy as well, are they all compatible out of the box with sexlab inflation? if so do I get to configure how the changes coming from each mod blend with eachother? what little I've looked at SLI's config menu left me pretty confused, it's very unclear how any of the parameters affect anything

I'm not sure how it is on SE, I'd ask in being a cow thread and whatever they say you should do should apply to other mods, I remember something on SE being different because fill her up has some SE specific setting in there in relation to scaling, that might be a clue too, sorry I don't have working load order right now I can't quickly hop into the game to double check that fill her up setting. Could also ask in that thread. Both are fairly active all the time.

Morphology allows for dissection of creatures to get ingredients. The ingrediient are then used to make potions that morph body parts. Works on SE.
