Jack Black - Master Exploder Mod SE Port

Hey! So I've only recently started playing Skyrim again and was wonder, how hard would it be to port this mod into SE?

I remember playing with this mod back in Oldrim and tried to use it in SSE, but no such luck.

 

Basically, if I remember it correctly, its just the Unrelenting Force shout as a useable spell, with Jack Black's quotes from the Master Exploder song from the Pick of Destiny movie!

 

If someone could help me port this, or provide a guide on how to port older mods it would be much appreciated!
