last exception error dont let me save the game

so, im having a trouble recently that just wont let go. I cant save the game, i cant found nothing about that error anywhere, so i open the last exception and it says there's a error in ''whims_tracker: get prirority''. I had a lot of  mods, but before that, i make sure all mods who got broke bc of the new crystal patch could be removed properly. I were justt with the ww, nisa, royalty mod and basemental drugs.  EVEN removing all of the mods and ccs, the error still showing. its been a week, i thought i must wait for the ww to release the last version. It only saves when travelling thru the worlds. So now, i open the most recent last exception, and it changed again. Please, take a look
