No sex locations

I've been trying to fix this issue for days. No matter what no sims are allowed to have sex in public, on in beds or sofas. I even uninstall everything from the sims 4 and just downloaded it back +WW. All of my sex settings are default as well and I even made the autonomy extreme yet none of my sims can have sex in public (like around the spice market by the apartments) like they used to. Before, about a month or two ago I'd get frequent notifications that someone was having sex nearby but now nothing. I even deleted that disabled aniamations and cache files in the WW file and still nothing pls help
