How to make my custom sexlab dialogue mod ?

Hello. I have started learning how to make my own dialogue mod. This is an esp i made as an example yesterday, but its dialogues do not appear at all. Could anyone check it for me please ? Thanks.

Is creation kit not sufficient ?  and how do you create seq files ? Thank you for helping a newbie.

Apparently not, someone else told me when my dialogue wasn't working. I didn't know that either. Whenever you make a mod you need to include the seq file in the folder. To create a seq file.

You can find the seq you created in your Skyrim Data folder under the name SEQ. This folder contains all seq files of all mods by the mod names.

I also have a blog on my profile that might help, or not. You can check it out but I think I forgot to mention this part.
