[Request] I would love if someone could create an Ashley Williams (ME3) follower

I stumbled over a mod at Nexus that had her and looked perfect, but unfortunately her body is her armor, so you can't change it.

If someone could do an Ashley Williams follower like this i woulöd be very thankful. I loved that char in ME3 and to have it in Skyrim would be awesome! 

 

I did check myself how to create a follower, but have to admit i gave up. As to me understand it was very complicated.

 

If someone could do it i wouldn't even mind compensate for the effort. Just hmu.
