MCM error after installing with MO2.

I reinstalled New Vegas last night and followed the Viva New Vegas guide.  One of the mods it said to install was MCM.  Now I have used this mod before but when I installed it with MO2 I get an error message when I start a new game.  The error mentions something about missing files.  This is my first time using MO2 in the past I used FOMM and had no problem installing the mod.  But with MO2 I get the error message I posted above.

Figured out the problem I had installed the 'User Interface Overhaul" mod incorrectly.
