help needed - exception detect in unknown mod. error

I've currently run into an issue with sims4 in that basically it takes forever for them to move & when they try to read a book it glitches. (arms come out a bit & then returns to their sides)

for the last week I've been trying to solve this issue by pulling mod folders out, removing the oldest packages / rarely used mods and then running the program. But the glitch re: the books & them taking forever to move / perform a task is still present.

I even have sim lag fix installed (it was working fine that is until the last update) 

last exception assistant just records 2 unknown conflicts.

I've attached the file so if anyone can help out or they've had the same issue and can outline what they did to fix the problem that would be great.
