Issues with tattoos

I’m using FSM skin on FG. In looksmenu, I go to “body” option and choose a tattoo. Or I choose a tattoo from overlay (does not matter- results are the same). Funny thing is- neck tattoos work fine. It’s just body tattoos 
 

I exit. Sometimes tattoo stays but disappear after fast travel and sometimes tattoo doesn’t even show. Sometimes when I change clothes, body tattoos show back up and sometimes they do not

 

i use vortex. I am very very confused and have no clue what’s going on. I think it might be FSM body textures skin that I use but I’m not sure.
