Can I share sims I made here with other people's content?

I would even like to create my own CC but I honestly have no idea how to do that, I would like to know if I can share the sims I make with personalized content from other creators, obviously I intend to give credit to the appropriate creators and if anyone of them feels uncomfortable, I intend to take it down immediately

You can definitely do that and majority of the time you don't have to list each mod creator when posting unless you want to or there page says you have too. If you are going to uploaded a sim here I got some tips and steps to help you. 1st after creating a sim get screenshots of each outfit and save them. 2nd try using the sims 4 tray importer it allows you to take all the mods and trays used to create your sim and puts them into a zip folder. Trays are the numbered files you will see in the folder they allow for your sim to appear in game on the gallery. 3rd you can then upload them to this site by hitting the create button up top.

 

Tip, if your files are to big to upload try using The Sims File Share to upload them and link the website when posting your content here. lastly take those screenshot from earlier and add them as well so people can see what your sim looks like. You don't have to but some creators have stories for there sims on here and in the games gallery. You can check out my page to see how I do things.
