Looking for someone with basic modelling skills to create an outfit

I'm honestly just looking for someone who could possibly make the outfit from totempole666's "The cummoner" I hava an incomplete model made based on cbbe in blander but I'm still very new to 3d modeling and I think this outfit with the ghost hands would make for an incredibly fun witch outfit in skyrim. 

Edit: Or if anyone could point me in the way of someone I could commission for this?
