"Males" with feminine body frame reverting back to underwear in cas

I checked and rechecked if i dont anything wrong, but whenever i go check the tatoos (for example), they rever to wearing underwear (the basic sims body and underwear). I couldnt find any body especifically for that, so i ask for help please.
