Anyone knows a way to make paired anims or killmoves on fo4?

Hi everybody ! I've been missing for a while and i wonder if there's, perhaps, some news concerning paired anim creations ? I looked here and there but well,seems to be dead idea, right ? ^^

This is done using annotations. Annotations are added to the root in the dope sheet. Here is a list of all havok annotations. I don’t know which annotations are used for combat. I only use the well-known ones... soundPlay, faceemotion, animObjLoad/Draw.
