Need help with EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION crash

It happens as soon as I try to start a new game, don't have any game saves so I can't use those. I did pull multiple common fumbles such as installing many mods at once without testing them all, so I'm not sure what exactly caused the issue. I have a feeling it has something to do with SOS though, even though I got the updated DLL for 1.6.1170. Here's the crash log, I'd appreciate any insight.

i was having the same issue recently, turned out to be frostfall. I dont know if you have that installed but if you do try disabling it just in the MCM and that solved it for me.

I feel like I've seen this issue before as well. I'd say the crash was caused by ConsoleUtilSSE.dll because a Papyrus script used it to execute a console command: "setfog 0 0"

So, @p88618278's forstfall guess is quite plausible, except that you do not appear to have a frostfall plugin in your load order (or it has a different name). If that is indeed the case then consider all weather mods, or perhaps mods with blindfolds or anything that would be messing with the fog values; maybe even dyndolod (which also doesn't appear to be installed)? Failing all that, use a tool such as Notepad++ to search through all pex files in all mods for "ExecuteCommand". That's your list of suspects. Remember that pex files can hide inside BSA archives as well.

Edit: @Shonen17000 ninja'd me by 15 minutes it seems. That theory also fits the description. I would check that out before going on a pex file hunt.

There's a lot going on in this crash log, but ConsoleUtilSSE is clearly involved, and i see v1.4 for that dll, don't use ConsoleUtilSSE 1.4.0 on 1.6.1170, use ConsoleUtilSSE NG 1.5.1 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/76649?tab=files instead.

This was the issue, I was actually able to load into a new game after this. Thank you very much for the help. Should hopefully be easier to figure out issues after this,
