Request for Custom Race

[medieval sanity]

hello there, i was wondering if it would be feasible to create a custom race for skyrim, or if anyone knows of an existing mod that is similar to what i have in mind...? (if any exist i am unaware of them.) ive no idea what you might call this sort of thing. a khajiitaur? in any case here's a quick concept i threw together of what i mean.

im assuming its possible due to the fact there are custom centaur races. id appreciate anyone willing to work with me to help me out with this. i am a beginner in terms of creating my own mods but would be willing to learn with assistance if thats what it requires.

 

I use UUNP framework in my game, so it would have to be compatible with such.
