Importing .nif ... blender hangs ....

Hi ,i'm trying to import a pair of boots in blender to make them shorter ....

 

 

but blender console hangs on a particular line ... and blender stop working ....

your file.nif is corrupted   nitrishape  boot 1   has probleme with niskinpartition    the only way you can import it in blender  is in the file.nif  you export it with 'export.obj'    and than in blender you import  with 'wavefront'  option
