Outfit studio hands are a different color

Hello, i am having a small issue. I am trying to convert this mod https://www.patreon.com/posts/ashtoreth-armor-96691666  to a different body for personal use, but i am having an issue with the bracers. The hands remain a different color from the rest of the body. I tried deleting them in outfit studio and importing the hands.nif from the body i am using and in outfit studio it seems to work, but then it does not get imported in the game (aka, they remain the same color as before). Am i missing something?
