Why is there not many mods for angel race or spells?

Im looking for angel race mod that works with cbbe and se or just some angel spell, because im trying to make hybrid with succubus and angel gameplay.
So for im using succubus heart and the ancient proffession mods for the succubus side and also have succubus race which there is few good ones.

 

But the only thing can get from angel side things is some armour and being diabella follower and already have angel wings that can fly.

 

So guess really I would like some angel spell but, having the option of the race would be fun to test.

Really be amazing if mod was made like succubus heart but angel version.
