Skyrim keeps crashing after accidentaly updating and downgrading

So... I've forgot and accidentaly updated game to newest version. When I've noticed i tried to update other mods, but when I have noticed that not every mod is up to date ex. True directional movement, reverted my changes and reverted my game version to 1.6.640, but now after installing some mods, game starts to crash on startup. Doesn't matter which mod I'm installing. It all crashes, like if I've reached my plugin limit, but it says that I'm at 199 of esm's+esp's and don't know what to do.
Crash log says it is a problem with SkyrimSE.exe, but if i'll verify files the game will update to the newest. Does anyone know how can I fix this issue?

PS. My English is not perfect, so If you don't understand what I am talking about, please let me know.

Most likely a mod with an incompatible dll. Suppose the question is, which one?

 

This crash log looks a bit... suspicious, in the sense that I think it has false positives in it. I mean I could say your issue is in a skeleton.nif file (which could mean anything from NPCs or the player to any creature in Skyrim), or, we could go with my gut feeling and assume this is not reliable. So:

 

Since you said it crashes whenever you install ANY new mod, do the following:

  1. Remove any new mods you've installed, so that the game doesn't crash anymore.
  2. Install a mod, make sure it crashes, and grab the crash log from it.
  3. Remove the mod, test the game.
  4. Install another mod, make sure it crashes, and grab the crash log from it.
  5. Remove the mod, test the game.
  6. Install another mod, make sure it crashes, and grab the crash log from it.
  7. Upload the crash logs (3) here.

Idea being to spot the information that doesn't change between the logs.

Here you go. 
You mentioned something about skeleton.nif, and I remembered that I have installed newer version of xp32 skeleton extender. Buuut it wasn't it. So here are few of the crash logs. I'll add that in every single crash log i installed armor mods. Nothing bigger.

Your issue is in form id 0xFF001601 of type NPC. No idea why the same NPC would be affected by you installing 3 (presumably) different mods. I can't find this reference in the vanilla game plugins, so this is coming from somewhere else. xEdit will know.

 

Edit: The incompatible dll thing still stands, and is still the most likely culprit btw.

Now that is weird, because when i'm searching for 0xFF001601 in xEdit it says that this id does not exist.
And about dll, is it visible which one it is? Most of dll problems were shown before game launched, but now it is showing nothing

Nope, you're most likely looking at something making a bytecode edit near or at the location where the crash occurs if this is the case. Could even be 2 dlls trying to edit the same memory locations. You'd need a debugger and a bypasser for the anti-tamper systems in SkyrimSE.exe to tell whats going on regarding this. Usually its easier to remove mods until the problem goes away.

Nope, you're most likely looking at something making a bytecode edit near or at the location where the crash occurs if this is the case. Could even be 2 dlls trying to edit the same memory locations. But it doens't crash in certain location, but on a startup. Game launches for a while and then crashes.

That was not apparent to me until now.

 

Any reason why you haven't installed SSE Engine Fixes?

 

Edit: If that mod fixes it, then the reason for you crashes was the stdio limit.

Okay. So bascially i might've been a little stupid. I remember installing it, but maybe after updating game to newest version i forgot to reinstall it. Now it works perfectly! Thank you very much for your help and sorry for my stupidness. Have a good day!

So your OP was sort of correct then, you did have too many plugins; or rather, plugins + bsa files + whatever. There's a silly and seemingly arbitrary io handle limit in Skyrim (quite likely inherited from the crl it is built on) which Engine Fixes increases - the issue is still there, you're just less likely to hit it now.
