How to use SuperStorm’s whips?

So i have SuperStorm’s SV-Whip and DragonWhip downloaded, but when i buy it in game, it just sits there. Unlike the dildos, it cannot be put in a sim’s inventory, and cannot be interacted with.

 

Does anyone here know how to use it?

My guess is that these are just automatically used when an animation needs them, but I don't know for sure.
