Mod Request: Femdom or Gender Neutral Skill Loss / Level Down Mod

I found Love Sickness but it is designed for sex with males, I want something like that which makes the player character suffer temporary/permanent debuffs to skills being femdom themed or gender neutral. I tried changing one of the files but the Creation Kit is crashing when trying to save, spent a lot of time on it and I don't know much about modding.

 

Can anyone help with creating an alternate version with no gender restriction or suggest some other mod? Btw I am on AE 1.6.640 so old SE mods are not working.

this mod here is the closest to what you're looking for i think:

in the MCM, you can set it up so that you lose skills or levels when you orgasm from a non-con sex act, it works perfectly for me on 1.6.640
