This is edited version of Kurin Deluxe mod from steam workshop.

Features:
- Remove male Kurins

- Change/remove textures that do not fit Kurin themes and add new ones.

- Improvements of existing textures

- Extra compatibility with RJW.

Requirement:

- Humanoid alien race

- Oversized Apparel framework (only for 1.4 version)

 

This mod is compatible with CE patches from Combat Extended since it's just an edited version.

Regardless it is said on the workshop page of the original version, you do not need any hide hat show hair mod since all helmet will show hair by default.

 

Install:

- Just put these files in your mod folder Rimworld/Mods

- Load New Kurin delux after it's required mods and load the extra outfit patch right after.

 

1.4:

Kurin Deluxe extra outfit.7z

Is this okay to put in midsave while also replacing the Kurin Deluxe steam ver? For some reason SARs body doesn't work with the kurin deluxe.

yeah it should be able to replace the steam ver. SHOULD. This is actually an older version from steam ver that I maintained myself, so if the original author add anything new to the mod, there maybe issue. Back up your save just to be sure.

 

Regarding to SARs, their patch doesn't work on Deluxe version, and thus doesn't work on this mod. I will see if I can get their patch working for the deluxe version, but I can't promise. It looks like even their existing patch for HAR doesn't work properly.

Okay thanks! one last question, do I load this with the original Kurin deluxe mod (like put it after it) or do I just completely remove the original and then put this one? Just confirming before bricking my save haha.

no you should remove the original deluxe mod altogether. I have no clue what they will be adding to the mod in the future and I rather not have to deal with them.

In a matter of fact I am planning to redo the entire mod from ground up when Tynan (eventually) drop 1.5 to remove all the content bloat.

I am fairly certain the wiki is correct and this mod is not 1.6 compatible, and that's my fault. it's been a hectic year for me and I just barely got to play 1.5.
I will see to it that this mod get updated to 1.6 as soon as I am able too.
